Join Mike as he guides you through deepening your understanding of one of the foundational postures in Vinyasa yoga:
(aka Four Limbed Staff pose or low plank). 

Learn proper alignment, safety, and modifications for chaturanga while building arm, shoulder, and backbody strength. Chaturanga is a major building block to more advanced postures, arm balances, and inversions. This pose can be sustainable and attainable for all through knowledge of alignment & modifications that will keep you practicing yoga for LIFE.

Some experience with Vinyasa yoga is recommended.
