Mindful Meditation + Drawing

Find your center through art and meditation.

In this workshop, Lauren will take you through:

•Short meditations
•Gentle yoga practice focusing on wrists, neck, & shoulders
•Guided drawing exercises focusing on breath
(paper and pens will be available if you don't bring your own).

No yoga, meditation, or drawing experience is required.
Please bring: yoga mat, your favorite pen, and an open mind.
