#GIRLPOWER Retreat

 

This one day retreat is a beautiful opportunity for girls to pause, connect and reflect. Our yoga practice will be challenging and nourishing at the same time, offering space to release energy and build confidence. Mindfulness meditation, guided relaxation, journaling and group discussion will center around self care, and developing an appreciation for healthy minds, bodies and souls.
