#GIRLPOWER fuses yoga and community to meet the unique needs of tween girls. Physical yoga practice empowers yogis to build strength and self confidence, while mindfulness and breathing exercises are taught as tools to balance the nervous system and reduce stress. Journaling, art, and group discussion offer opportunities for increased self awareness and self expression. We will explore topics like self-esteem, friendship, gratitude and self-care throughout the week.
