Have fun hanging and floating as you work up a sweat in this highly aerobic anti-gravity workshop. Experience poses, backbends and inversions weightlessly while hanging in the hammocks. You will get in touch with your deep core muscles during strength focused exercises. Inversions allow you to release and traction your spine and deeply stretch into your hips.
Due to the individualized nature of this workshop, space is limited to 8 students. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged.
