Join Boo for a three-part slow burn series this summer. Steady movement, long postures holds, and deep breathing define "slow burn" yoga, a moderately strenuous form of vinyasa that truly embodies "meditation in movement".
Participants will practice for ninety minutes in a heated room. Take one, two, or all three!
