To practice self-care, we often need to step out of our rapid pace of life.
Through a combination of Gentle movement, Restorative / Yin poses, conscious breathing, and a guided restful meditation, this workshop will offer the opportunity to take a well-deserved pause from a busy life and work towards a place of calm and stillness. The mind will be encouraged to settle, while cultivating a connection to simply being. You will emerge feeling relaxed, refreshed, and restored. This workshop is suitable for all levels and is a great complement to a more dynamic practice
