In this workshop, you will acquire skills for flying, basing and spotting. You will be led through fundamental warm-ups, handgrips and partner poses that will assist in building strength, balance and flexibility used in flying and basing. Partner yoga is a great way to practice clear communication and feedback - skills that will benefit you greatly in all areas of life. You will laugh, you will be challenged and you will do things you didn't think were possible. Once honed, the skills learned in this workshop build the foundation for achieving some of the more inspiring and beautiful partner poses. No partner is necessary, no experience required! Additional variations will be offered for students ready to progress to the next level. Come with an open mind and ready to fly!
